Terms and Conditions
- Terms and Conditions state that exposed cards during betting will void the hand. Management will handle exposed cards appropriately based on the shuffling stage and number of exposed cards.
- Dropped cards will be retrieved and reused if they fall out of view during shuffling, burning, or scooping. If cards fall out of view during dealing but were not exposed before, the hand will be voided.
- If there is an error in dealing sequence or placement, actual cards will be reconstructed. Management can void erroneous hands if the dealer deals in the wrong sequence.
- If the shuffling machine becomes jammed with cards during gameplay, the management has the authority to declare the hand void. Similarly, if the remaining deck of cards is mistakenly cleared from the shuffling machine due to a malfunction or error, the management can also void the hand.
